added a handmade layered sentiment, some doodling and dot accents in the corners.

Lots to Share on this layout.....

This page above is a lift from My Scraps and More
with the March theme
"Let's Lift It".
The sample below was from October Afternoon Blog.

This close up shows the Punching detail I used on the border and the doiley.
The border is Kreaxions Punch # 309 which I matted a few times for pop
and the fall away piece is in top right corner.

The doiley is made using the star template
and Kreaxions Punch #917 with insert A
and I matted it and doodled with white Signo gel pen.

Also I used "in my Prayers" digi by Sherri Baldy
which I copic coloured, cut and embossed using
Spellbinders Nestibilities which I layered for pop also.

I have been trying to use some of my digis and stamps on
my pages to get more use out of them.
This one was perfect with the photo and the title.

Scrapbook Challenges, Voting starts Thursday-Friday this week

Hi everyone... well it's that time again. Here is my layout for
week #2 of March Madness at Scrapbook Challenges.
Our challenge was to make a monochromatic page using the
colour that is displayed in our name signature on the forum and mine is RED.
This is a photo of my 2 oldest grand daughters the day of the younger
ones graduation from grade 8. They grow up far too fast and
way to beautiful and the red dress in the photo
was perfect for this challenge.

I had great fun with this one..
monochromatic with transparency, stamping, homemade button flowers, layered and stickles flowers, bling, 3 piece butterfly, banner, doodling, embroidery stitched accents, layered tag, borders of ribbon and fussy lace, copic coloured chipboard, accent pins,
glossy accented chipboard title...

Sure hope you love it
and be sure to come back again this week
to PLEASE VOTE FOR ME.
Your support was over whelming last week
and I am so grateful to all my friends
that voted.
Voting is open Thursday 12:01am until Friday 11:59pm
with the winners announced on Saturday.
(sorry for the confusion with the time zones-
hopefully it will be easier this week now that
we have the drill down.)
I am traveling home and will not be available to the internet so
please mark your calendars BUT I will remind you with
blog posts that are on a timer and I am
around Friday for sure.

Below are the close up shots showing the details of my page.

Clue Game and Let's Lift It

Good morning... today i am lifting and playing clue. Yes I really am.

Welcome to another round of clue at Cookin Up Creations and Let's Lift It at My Scraps and More.

For today's game I have a set of plans that looked like this ( the scraplift from Kelly Goree below)

I found a pile of papers to go through looking for clues ( layers of paper on your page)
and from the papers I compiled a list of pertinent info ( use a ticket, tag or journal strips)
and one tip brought to light some important info (must use bling or stickles)
and while looking for new info (it's important to share something new you have just purchased)
I gathered everything and put all together to help solve the mystery (put at least 1 cluster on your page)

So here is the list for todays challenge page:
use the scraplift
use layers
add either a ticket, tag or journal strips
add bling or stickles
add something new
use 1 cluster or more

and here is my page using the listMy something new is the crochet flowers.

So if you like games and scraplifts these 2 sites have amazing and fun
challenges almost daily for your enjoyment . Join us as you have a month
to play along. Can't wait to see what you would create.
Happy Scrappy

The core of my page is Momenta . I however had fun with stamping
on the background, love adding metal, brads and some doodling.

Lets Get Sketchy, Momenta, Kreaxions, Scrapalicious

OMG these new sketches are so much fun to use. When you love what you see
be sure to visit Lets Get Sketchy and play along weekly.
Check out what the rest of the DT designed with this sketch too.
The large circle started with the Just Imagine Crafts Kreaxions Circle Cutter which I punched with
Kreaxions punch #309 used stencil B for marking it off. A 2nd larger Kreaxions cut circle was used to matte the 1st punched circle so the detail of the punch would pop through. I then trimmed with a scalloped scissor. I fussy cut the little bird and the clustered flowers , added lots of sticker accents, copic coloured some chipboard and clustered with some corrugated cardboard accents.
There was some fun layers for depth, a touch of doodling, some brads and a stitch or two added.
This is a page of friends at a wedding celebrating.

I used Momenta Products with a few extras thrown in.

Supply List:
Paper: Momenta PA 2382, PA 0659
Cardstock: Colorbok white
Stickers Accents: Momenta ST 3069, ST 2853, ST 2540, ST 3073
Punch: Kreaxions Punch #309 + stencil B
Ink: Colorbox
Markers: Copics
Pen: Signo white gel
Other: chipboard shapes, corrugated shapes, twine, brads, 3D foam squares

I am also submitting this to Scrapalicious this week because they
want a punch, special cut .. what better one than the Kreaxions punching around my circle.
