Scrapbook Saturday at One Crazy Stamper

Welcome OCS Fans;

Hi it's Bev here today ... for Scrapbook Saturday layout projects for One Crazy Stampers using High Hopes Stamps. If you have been visiting me on Saturdays you will see that I am only using stamped images as accents on pages. I try to theme them to photos which makes them a perfect accent. I am hoping I could inspire you to try using your stamps on layout pages too.

This page is my Grand Daughter who shared her selfie with me. What a stunning young lady she has become. I am using Sally takes a Selfie stamp as an accent on my page...it's perfect.

I love using stamped images to match my scrapbook layout pages. They can be coloured to match the photo and or papers or both. I colour using copics and the accent using signo white gel pen.

Supplies Used:
  • Copic Markers: 0. B91, B93, B95, B97, E00, E01, E15, E37, E57, R20, R21, R22, C3, C5, C8
  • Other:  Mintay Life Stories, dies, flowers, bling, beads, alpha, cardstock

Stamp, Ink and Iridescents from Ann Butler Design

Stamped and layered Card

I created this fab card and used both Iridescents, stamps and ink all products of Ann Butler Designs on the background base.

I used amazing Sheer Silver Iridescents, Background Basics and Desert Sand Ink.

Here are a few close views showcasing the details of my card.

I brushed on iridescents first and heat gun dried.

When dry I stamped corners with triangle stamps and using single row stitch  and zigzag stamps.

Then using cardstock and print papers I created layers, some popped up, inked edges and also fussy cut the image pieces.

With the background done and some accents done... I wound around twine on the corner and tied a bow. I added some bead above and below by stamped lines. The piece was matted on black and then everything was glued to the main card base.

Ann Butler Designs Products used:

Other Products:

  • Craft paper Mintay Life Stories
  • Cardstock
  • Beacon 3-in-1 glue
  • Tools: Paper trimmer, heat gun, Tim Holtz stamp platform
  • Beads
  • Twine
  • 3D foam pop up

Easel Card tutorial at The Rubber Buggy

Hi... Bev here today at The Rubber Buggy.  I am sharing this super card today using Mintay Berrylicious Collection.  What amazing fun, bright and bold colours to mix and match.

The Rubber Buggy Products:

Instruction Sheet (printable on 8.5x11 so you can make your own card)
Just remember to use the base instructions and then you can decorate any way using any products to your liking..... and any theme to meet your required card sentiments.
I have been teaching a card class and this is one of them from the class and 2 participants offered photos of their cards to share with you also.

Roberta used the blue coloured papers from the same Berrylicious collection and added extra fussy cut accents to her card... she also changed the sentiment to Happy Birthday from Hello like mine.
This colouring is just stunning also.

Here is Judy's card using the same papers and Roberta... slight changes to placement of accents but absolutely stunning cards.
