Christmas in July Layouts using products from The Rubber Buggy

So this month I have been on a Christmas in July kick. I did lots of cards and also did these layouts above using the sketches from Sketch n Scrap.  Authentique Jolly Christmas Collection with matching stickers from The Rubber Buggy is the base of my pages but I added lots of xmas stickers some popped up for dimension and some flat from my stash. I used Whisker Graphics twine and wrapped it around the papers. I also used a tied ribbon bow accent.
(the photos are not on photo paper as I still need to buy some... will replace them later)

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products
Paper: Authentique Jolly Christmas and sticker sheet
Other: twine, cardstock, misc stash accents, black pen

There are so many products in the STORE like these and lots more so you can create and theme so many occasions when you celebrate.

Whisker Graphics with a TWINE BACKGROUND

OMG I am having great fun using Whisker Graphics.twine for a background. It was fun and was perfect with the photo of my youngest Grand Daugher with a shredded blanket that she carried everwhere with her. It was almost as stringy as the background LOL. Whisker Graphics has an amazing collection of twine to choose from.

Supply List:
Whisker Graphics: Large Tags, Divine Twine
Other: Print paper, chipboards, flair button, Tim Holtz distress and Oxide inks, Stencils

To start this background I inked some colours behind where I proposed to put the strips of many colours and rows of coloured twine.

Using lots of  beacon 3-in-1 glue I added strips of different colour of twine and then added even more twine in a horizontal zigzag pattern.

I then laid out proposed positioning of the photo and accents.

The fabulous tags were inked in 2 shades and then I stenciled with some hearts and words and also tied off with more twine.

In these close ups you can see more details. The chippies are inked in a mix of colours to coordinate with the page colours.

I added lots of chippies and in this section I added a flair button accent.

Here is the main section with the photo on the twine background with fabulous tags.

Christmas In July at The Rubber Buggy

I have been doing Christmas in July with lots of fun cards.
Today I am using  Tattered  Lace Magic of Christmas Baubles stamp and die set along with Authentique Jolly Christmas Collection from The Rubber Buggy. This card has simple design but I popped up the ornaments for demension, tied twine border and added the paper sentiment. Everything is matted with silver paper.

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products
Markers: Copics
Embossing Powder: Silver embossing powder
Tools Machines: Mini Misti. Sizzix Big shot
Other: twine, cardstock

For this card I used my newest stamp die set.

I stamped the image using my mini misti for perfect alignment.

After stamping I used copic markers to colour the images with fun colours.

I then used Versa Mark to stamp the image and applied silver embossing powder..... shook it off and then used the dryer to change the gray powder to silver shiney lines.... awesome.

Here is a photo of the finished image.
