Lily Bee Design - Designers Choice - Sketch Challenge

OK ... finally got my internet working after half a day.

No more updates for me.. they seem to always mess up my computer?

Well I was playing catch up on Facebook and was planning on

scrapping when done and OMG I found this sketch at

Lily Bee Design with circles and

I just happen to have some "Buttercup" LBD paper...

so here is what I just created to share.

 

 

In the close ups you can see all the circle clusters...

some fun flowers with buttons, buttons, and more circles.

Also I inked many edges to make them pop,

doodled around some circles and used

SRM stickers .

At Just Imagine today I am dissecting a page I previously posted.
I want to share with you the fabulous Kreaxions Punches capabilities.
Follow along with the detailed shots below to get the process
of only 1 way to utilize the punches and also the best ever Kreaxions Circle Cutter.

 

 

Using the Kreaxions Circle Cutter I started with the circle.

I then used the stencil A to pencil mark the the longest solid lines

which are my marks to position the Kreaxion Punch #309.

Be sure to mark on the wrong side of your paper.

In this close up you can see the centre front of the punch

being placed in towards the centre of the circle following the pencil lines.

Continue all around until done.

     

 

      

You have choices now to leave the pieces all together or cut them apart.

Just 1 more idea when using these punches.

I choose to cut apart and separate and will use both pieces on my page.

So when done marking everything on the wrong side you now flip it over.

I now also cut yet another circle out of the centre to make a ring

rather than and edges circle.

Are you counting the different ways to this point.. I know I quit counting.. I just

keeping making adjustments as I go to suit my project.

In this close up you can see I matted the Punched ring with yellow to make it pop.

I added ink, perfect pearls and doodled edges also.

In this close up you and see the cut away piece from the circlular ring.

Just remember the cut away and fall  away pieces are so versitile on your pages also.

I also used lots of fun accents, stenciling, matting, twine, hearts,

ripping, corner borders and fun buttons.

Last Scrapper Standing - Love Always

Over at Memorable Seasons .. they are play a survivor type challenge.

You get a new challenge every Friday to be done by the following Wednesday.

Voting is done on Thursday and the survivors start all ove again on Friday with a new challenge.

This week is LSS #3 and here is my page. We have to show as many

ways as we can to showcase the edges of our paper.

I did so many fun things to my edges:

 doodled,matted and popped, ripped/distressed, perfect pearls, sticker stitches,inked, sandpaper, framed border corner strips, punched,stencil with gesso.

Below is the condensed closeups with test to list my edges.

On this page I also used Lily Bee Design- Buttercup,

Kreaxions Punch 309, and SRM stitches and sentiment stickers.

Here is my LSS#2 page which the challenge was to use
 as many embossing techniques as we could.

I dry embossed 4 pieces and used ink, paint, perfect pearls, and stickles on them.
Below you can see the details and text explained photo.

On this page I used My Minds Eye - the sweetest thing
and SRM stitches and scallops.

LSS #1 challenge was to be creative with hearts.

 Below you can see the close up of my hearts.

I masked and misted hearts and added the glitter heart to the cluster.
