Paper House - Color Ways &Technique to make your own distressed metal look accents

Welcome to Paper House today. I am super exctied to share a fun technque I borrowed from a friend.
Get out your papers with accents, some foil, inks or paint and an embossing folder.

Decide on the size of distressed metal accent you'd like to make.
Cut the paper and then cover it with tin foil... smooth everything out flat. and tape on the backside to  hold it firmly in place.

Now emboss it with your favourite embossing folder.

This is what it looks like after embossed.

Add paint colour to your foil.. then rub off excess to get as much or as little colour as you like.

My base for card showcases the Color WaysAdd your foil accent to any project. I am making the card above and added  all the extras to finish it off.

Here is a close up of the foil accent. Sure hope you enjoyed this tip technique today.

Up next is another card to share today. Paper House colour combinations and amazing accents make card making so fun and easy. On the background I added some paint and gesso and used some stencils. I embossed and ink stamps also. I punched out chevrons using a hexagon punch, added amazing sticker accents and sentiment sticker. A few buttons and this card looks great.
