INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP #1: Gather all your papers, accents, trims, stencils and photo(s).
STEP #2: If using a sketch... as I am ... layout the layers of papers and accents to fit the sketch... and take a photo so you can dismantle and start gluing.
STEP #3: I like to save paper when layering... so I cheat and the 3 layers behind the dark mat of photo are just pieces so I could save the pieces for yet another project or card. I inked all the edges and glued the layers together
STEP#4: Estimating where the photo section is going I marked it and ink stamped over the stencil only where ink will be needed to show after the photo is added.
STEP #5; I decided the photo section was a bit plain so before gluing down or placing on the photo to add a few rounds of twine. This way it can be glued down firmly all at once.
STEP #6: After gluing down the photo with all the layers I then designed the clustered section with lots of flowers, arrows, doily, chipboard and accents
STEP #7; For the title I used some ephemera accents and combined chipboard and clear plastic title.
STEP #8: In this section you can see the stenciled section, the title and I added a extra tab behind the layers and added a plastic butterfly accent.
STEP #9: In this section you can see parts of the cluster but also the fun small pennant accent.
STEP #10: To add more texture, depth and dimension to the corner I added the brads and some doodles added using micron black pen.
Thanks for stopping by today.... see you again next week.
