2 Christmas Cards at The Rubber Buggy using Graphic 45 Winter Wonderland

At The Rubber Buggy I have been creating using Graphic 45  Winter Wonderland. Making cards is amazing using this collection. Such a great mix of prints, borders and fabulous accents to mix and match.

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products
Die: tutti 361 merry christmas
Other: twine, cardstock

To make this card I started with a red background mat. I pulled paper and hand cut apart some pieces... a call card size image for main piece and a strip for a border.

I started laying our the proposed placement and then glued down the main pieces.
I like to see what it looks like before gluing it down. I also like to add the extra mats where needed and if I am adding either brads or wrapped twine I do that before gluing down to the main card base.

Notice the wrapped twine in this photo.

I got this new tutti die and decided to die cut it and put it in the upper part of the inside of the card.

Up next using the same collection I created this card. I estimated the placement of the print on the paper so it would be the central section of my card. I cut the small tag and added tied twine, I die cut the sentiment and then added some brads. Add a mat and this easy card is done.

Inside this card I stamped a verse.

Be sure to visit the STORE where you will find this collection and so many more. Thanks for stopping by and see you again soon.

The Rubber Buggy Easel Card using Dies and Flowers

So I am on a roll... making cards.. Some for Christmas and lots just for everyday card needs. This Best Wishes card is made using Marbleous Paper Pad from Paper House but the dies and accents are from The Rubber Buggy. This one is an easel card with lots of great die cuts.

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products
Other: cardstock, ribbon. foam
Paper: Paper House Marbleous paper pad

The Butterfly circle die is awesome... I did it in white and then matted it with print paper.

The matted die cut is perfect but needed some more colour yet .... so the fun but easy side border with gold trim border looks great.

For the base of the easel card I used some marbled print from Marbleous Paper pad and also die cut the bottom edge.

I also die cut a fun edge border on the corner.

I foam popped the front main piece.

The right side needed to be balanced out so I use a gold border.

The gold border was repeated on the base too.

Die cut Best Wishes is centred on the base.

Next  I added some flowers and assembled the front panel to the easel base card.

The side view shows how easy it is to just fold the panel and glue only 1/2 section of the front panel to it... it stands by itself then for viewing.

Thanks for stopping by..... see you again soon,

The Rubber Buggy 'Smile' using Blue Fern Studios Garden Life

Hi today I am sharing a photo of the girls all dressed up... what a great friendship they have. It needed a fun bright page to help with the dark photo on this one. Lots of great products from The Rubber Buggy for this one.... using Blue Fern Studios Garden Life Collection and 49 & Market accents.

Supply List:
Paper: Blue Fern Studios Garden Life - Flower Bed, In Bloom
Accents: 49 and Market Butterfly Harvest
Pen: Nuvo Aqua Flow water colour pen
Chipboards: Creative Embellishments happy words, flourish set 15, hot hexagon panel
Other: mesh beads, sew easy ink roller, Cardstock

In the close ups I give you a better and closer detail view of the layers and accents. Chipboards and accents from 49 & Market Butterfly Harvest are the main accents to this page.

I added some bead strips and used the sew easy ink roller for corner edging.

What a great cluster combo... title  and flourish Nuvo Aqua flow water colored and 49 and Market accent.

I matted the photo which was dark with white and a colour to help make it pop. Not every photo you take is perfect but when it's the only one you have you use it.

The central core of this page is the photo and it's decorated around with amazing coloured accents. It's beautiful.

'anything is possible' using Simple Stories Carpe Diem

Using lots of layers, shapes, stickers and accents was the base for this photo of ....yes....myself. As crafters and the main taker of photos we don't get enough memories and photos of us alone or in groups. I have been trying to hand my camera over more often and get more photos with me in them.

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products:
Paper: Simple Stories Carpe Diem collection
Accents: Simple Stories Carpe Diem Sn@p Pack
Sequins: 28 Lilac Lane Sunflower Sky
Ink: Tim Holtz ranger Vintage Photo
Blending Tool: Ranger Ink Blending tool
Other: cardstock

I start most of my pages with a rough draft layout and take a photo for reference. I will change things up however as I go along.

Using a card section from the collection I hand cut it to make my title.

I start by gluing from the back to the front.

For this page I wanted lots of layers, lots of accents all from the collection. I then decided to use my newest purchase... the 28 Lilac Lane sequins which I scattered in areas of the page.

I inked the edges of some of the accents to give them dimension and depth.

My photo is still front and centre with all the trims and accents around it. This colouring in this collection is perfect with my photo.

Hope to see you again soon when I have another project sharing amazing products.
