Winter Fun at CutCardStock

HI ... I am here today to share a fun easy layout page for CutCardStock and  using Stardreams Metallic Cardstock and a touch of Atlas pattern paper from Pink Paisley. I am Canadian at heart and winters when your young are fun. This is my only Grand son's first xmas. Having to get all dressed up warm was the secret to a good time outside. He had a sleigh and loved it when mom or dad in this case bundles him up to out for a ride.

The secret to using lots of cardstock in your base is to use many layers, different shapes and colours and even die cut some titles and or pennant flags. Then just add some pattern paper for design and texture and it's perfect.

In these close ups we get to view the layers better. Also look at all the fun snowflakes that cut with cricut so easily. Even the delicate fine detail ones cut great on the fabulous paper. I added in some foam snowflakes for some added texture.

Here we see the fun sticker and cricut cut title with more snowflakes. The pennants were hand cut and using the Zig Millennium black pen I drew stitch lines for accents.

In this close up I added even just the smallest amount of fake stitches using the Zig pen. Thanks for joining me today... see you again soon.
