Scrap Tiffany April 15th .. stamped card. I versa mark stamped the images. Then I added the embossing powder.
It was heated with the heating gun until it melted and became shiny.
For accents I used brads, butterflies and buttons.
It was layered onto the card using accent coloured cardstock.
