Tribute to Ally SoSketchy... we will miss your sketches

Thought it would be nice to use a few of Ally's SoSketchy Sketches to help close out December...

have been using a few of her sketches every month since I found her online ... am going to miss SoSketchy... will follow her were ever she decides to go. A very talented lady with great inspiration to all.

Christmas Gift Projects for Desk Top or Table Centre Piece

This is a great gift idea for those moms, gramma etc. using all the kids faces to make the circle disc flower planter to display on a table or desk.

I saw many of these set up but none had family photos... The girls and I thought mom would love this keep sake on her desk at work and it is a personalized gift from them for xmas. We did 31 pages for the biggest month. Each month she just starts over again. Everyday she will see a family photo of some kind.... photos span over a 14 year period... such great memories to share daily at work.

Looking alot like Christmas

Our family tradition of many years... the kids sleep over and help gramma trim the tree after the branches and lights are already on. It looks beautiful and starting to look alot like Christmas.

With the tree done, we watched christmas movies, ate popcorn and experimented with marshmallows and brown sugar. We had a great weekend together.

Christmas is almost here and time for famiy and friends to celebrate the holiday. So I started with a few cards this month. Will update as I complete challenges.
