Cookin' Up Creations, Momenta Product, Unique Crafters Challenge

Cookin' Up Creations is having fun this month with the game of "CLUE".
So much fun, mystery and creativity because so many options of who, how and where?
Be sure to join in the fun....

Welcome to Mr. Boddy's House .. his directions for today challenge are easy.
His guests are many....
Col. Mustard (mustard/yellow), Prof. Plum (purple), Mr. Green (green), Mrs. White (white), Miss Scarlett (Red), Mrs. Peacock (blue).. BUT
you must use at least 4 colours of the above ..your choice.
Enter the rooms through 1 of the 4 doors to gather clues ( use journal strips)
It is suggested that the weapon could have been a rope so use rope or twine on your page.
It is still unknown which room but my guess is the library. (use the sketch)
So have fun with the clues above and create your page.

Here is mine below....
I chose white, green, purple and mustard and used twine and added journal strips.
It was fun to use matted photos, circles, frames and tags.
I even popped up a few of the sticker accents.
Also Momenta has an amazing Halloween package that contained
just the perfect colour combo I was looking for so that is what I started with.

Borders, Punches and Banners

Hi everyone, I am multi tasking today.... so many fun things on this page.
Over at My Scraps and More the Let's Lift It month is going on and this challenge is a lift from Tracy .. but her twist is to use RED.
Then all the challenges at My Sketch World are focused on the members work from the gallery and this specific challenge is to use lots of punches (4). Well this all put together was easy.. because I love my Kreaxions Punches from Just Imagine Crafts.


In the close ups you can see that I used the full punch Kreaxions #311 and matted it to show the amazing punch. Above that I used #804 that is a clustered floral and above that is the fall away piece from the top banner punches. All layered in rows gives an amazing effect.

On this close up I used the Kreaxions #907, put slits into it to form a banner across the top.
Also I used #913 with insert A to punch the corners and peaks of the background shape and matted them so they too would pop. When you work with prints you often have to matte things so they show up better.
As you can see all these fun challenges put together turned into an amazing layout. So glad you could stop by today.. and hope to see you again soon.

Let's Get Sketchy using Momenta, Scrap Scene & My Sketch World Challenge

My Sketch World is also having some amazing challenges all hinged on members creations in the gallery. We are then challenged to follow their lead to make a page. I used the colour scheme from Sue's page.. turquoise, green and purple. It is fabulous together.. my purple is only a touch but it's perfect.

When you have a great sketch and fabulous product it is so easy to put together a creative and inspiring layout. Sure hope you like what you see and venture on over to their sites and check out what everyone has to share with you too.
With all this fun at all these sites I am also proud to share with Scrap Scene and WIP Monday.

Scrapbook Challenges sketch #285

With this great sketch below I made the layout above.. it celebrates family (actually xmas photos) but I used this softer coloured papers, Punched the border with Kreaxions Punch #311, used some fun accents, added layered flowers and some doodles corners. At Scrapbook Challenges we have new sketches every Monday. The DT did an amazing job with this sketch this week. Check it out and even play along. We would love to see your work.

Extremely Up Close

Isn't this too cute... and extremely up close photo. Well that is just one of the challenges for March at My Sketch World... sample was from Stacy. Since making the Momenta D-Lite team I have been playing with their amazing products so I used a Momenta Kit package for this one.

Terrifically Thrilling Thursday

Welcome to the New Just Imagine Crafts DT. I am so looking forward to sharing and creating with you.

Today I am starting with a scraplift from Celeste while playing along at the Let's Lift It Challenge at My Scraps and More.

The page was fun, bright and bold but it needed something to pop off the page and what better than a border that could be matted with bright bold orange cardstock and add some stickles. I used the Kreaxions Punch #311 with insert A. Add a fun cluster and the pictures are set perfectly on this page.

Below is a detailed shot up close to show how perfect this border matted is.

I also joined The Scrapping Bug in a Member allowed Challenge with a Bingo. Below is the Bingo Card I submitted and I used the 4th line down running across.

Momenta, Scrapbook Stamp Society and Scrap Scene

OMG last night was amazing fun. I totally enjoyed my 1st ever reveal night at Addicted to Stamps. The fabulous digital images were revealed for us to see and comment on. Also as one of the new DT we were allowed to post and share a project. The above is my submission for the night.

Girl with the Kite by Heather Valentin was adorable and just too cute. I multli matted and layered and even popped her up. I use Spellbingers nestibilities with some hand cuts too.
Momenta product was perfect match for this cute card saying Hello.
