I hope you'll join me again and try this one too.

Creative Embellishments Products
Other: Blue Fern Studio Courtship Lane papers, lace, Tim Holtz ranger ink, flower, copic markers

So are you ready... starting with the cardstock base of 5.5" x 12" we will then score and per the instructions.

Above is step #3 on instruction sheet.. cutting on both sides between the marks.

And now we so the folding to form the shape below.

And it stand up too ... what a fun designed style card.

If you want to make this card often.. then I suggest you make a 2nd base card, cut apart the pieces and size them down about 1/8" on all sides to fit inside the base card shapes to leave a small white border all around.
When cutting pieces be sure to have some matching prints on the same size pieces. .. as per above.

Decorate to taste. Ink the edges for pop and contrast. Add accents and trims.. and sentiments and verses .. .what ever makes it you own creation. I chose to copic colour the chipboards and added some lace and a flower. Sometimes simple is beautiful.

In these shots you get a close up view of the details.

"family" layout using Creative Embellishments and Cross promo with Heartfelt Creations

Hi everyone. I am thrilled to use Heartfelt Creations Coffee Talk Paper Collection and play along with the cross promotion this month with Creative Embellishments . On this page I left all the chipboard naked to match the colour scheme of my page. I did some background work using the  stamp and added the cute button accent.

Supply List:
Creative Embellishments Products
Chipboards:
a whole lot of love border, retro square panel and family celebrate words
Stamp:
paint splat trio
Button:
butterfly flair
Other: Tim Holt mini pads, paint, string beads, cardstock
Paper: Heartfelt Creations Coffee Talk Collection

To start this page I just did normal paint splatter with diluted paint and a brush.

I then used mini ink pads to stamp across the top.

I then laid the page out with all accents and trims to see what it looked like and what I wanted to change up?

With an estimate of photo placement I glued down the background and then placed the photo section into place

These next few photos give you an up close view to show more of the details. Here are the fabulous paper collection in layers and the great chipboards.

This showcases the fun diagonal strip with bead accents and the other corner of layers with a flair button.

This section adds more chipboard accents and some Heartfelt Creations journal strips from the collection.

This section is central to the page and you can view the great mix of textures, layers and accents.
