These shaped trading coins are amazing.

Fabulous mix of upper and lower case letters and some #'s to title your pages.

Feeling Sketchy for November 1st

Today at Feeling Sketchy we have the amazing sketch below and we are working with  Sheep Ski Designs that supplied this super cute digital image. What a great sponsor and they have so many other fabulous digis available too.

Using the cute penguins as the main image and adding some layers for colour and depth.. add some fun stickers, a stamped sentiment and wrap some ribbon around a few times and tie off with a bow. It perfect after adding a few brads.

Here is another close up for your viewing.

Inside I stamped a verse and you have a finished card that is just so cute.

Thanks for visiting .. hope to see you play along with us... we'd love to see your creation using this sketch too.

The Rubber Buggy - Smile the Story

Today for The Rubber Buggy I created "The Story"  page I used a Turtle Soup sketch and also using the great 7 Dot Studios Nature Walk Collection.

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products:
Doilys: Unique
Chipboard: Blue Fern Studios - Arrow Words
Marker: Tim Holtz distress marker
Other:
Stencil: The Crafters Workshop
Modeling Paste: Liquitex
Other: butterflies and heart accent

Sketch: Turtle Soup (by me)

The clustered  section boasts some chipboard, stickers, die cut pieces and a great butterfly.

More chipboard, a fun heart accent and more die cut accents.

These butterflies are a great touch on my page.  Also using 3 doilys clustered is a great background layer.

This section shows more of the arrow chipboard words, accent chipboard, some stenciling and  great slanted border on the bottom.

All these papers, accents and colours mixed together give a slightly monochromatic look with great layers and textures.

Moments

DH is off playing hockey in Florida..... so it's a me day.. so scrappy time to fill along with some baking time. The banana loaf and brownies smell so good and the doors open to let in the fresh air is awesome.
Today I am making a project to insert into a ongoing smash journal book and that's why the shape is a tad off. Needs to fit the book.  I am using The Rubber Buggy products from 7 Dots Studio - Verano Azul Collection. the 7 Dot Studios chipboard Illumination and the fabulous sketch below from Stuck.

In the close ups you get to view the fabulous papers, stickers and chipboards.

The chipboard was left unfinished but you can colour them to match any project.
