McKee Garden using 49 and Market Products from The Rubber Buggy and a Stuck Sketch

Hi.. welcome to The Rubber Buggy blog posting for today. I am sharing 49 and Market paper and embellishments along with other misc items along with using the Stuck Sketches August sketch.

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products
Paper: 49 and Market Vintage Artistry collection
Other: stickers, washi tape, alpha stitching, rubon
Sketch: Stuck Sketches

So I am using the sketch above so the first thing I did was cut the papers on the diagonal. These I stitched together. I pulled the sheet of paper that had lots of ferns, butterflies and accent flowers. I fussy cut lots that I thought would suit the theme and photos.

In the close ups we will get a better view of the details and accents. This section show cases the fern to left side, the upper left butterfly is popped above the image on the paper. Explore is a rubon and the other great embellishments are from the Wings and Things embellishments.

This section has some accents, a rubon and some small glitter alpha letters. The other accent is also fussy cut from the print paper.

On the right side is a popped up fussy cut butterfly placed over image on the paper. The blue flowers are part of the embellishment collection.

This section showcases the zig zag stitching, washi tape corner and another great embellishment.

Here we have another section with a fussy cut flower, and more flower embellishments from the collection.

Thanks for stopping by.... be sure to visit often when I get to share more amazing products from The Rubber Buggy.

July Stuck Sketches and my Paper House products

Hi everyone... sure hope your having a great weekend. I know I am ... I have time to craft this weekend.... and I have a great Stuck sketch challenge today to share using my Paper House Products.
This actually is our wedding photo from 1970 and we will be celebrating our 47th Anniversary in August this year.

Supply List:
Paper: Paper House Noir ColorWays
Accents: Paper House Noir Accent Pack
Other: cardstock, liquid pearls, ribbon, Prima Flowers, twine, washi tape

I started this page by using the layers of the sketch to start... and pulled lots of accents from the pack.

I used these Prima flowers... and on the side is some gold washi tape/

In the close ups you can view some of the layers. I like to go light, dark ad then some gold black. It gives it texture and depth when you change it up.

I used a fun cluster of accents in this section. I tied off the double keys with bow tied twine.

Small washi tape corner with some paper and star accent. When this page was done I didn't like the white plain background so I used a plastic glove and used some silver and gold liquid pearls for a soft subtle glitter.

This last close up shows the use of more journal tags/cards and accents from the Collection.

Robin's Nest Florida page, a sketch and challenge

Hi....today I share memories of my scrappy friends girls from 2015 when they came for a visit to Florida traveling from Alabama to stay with us. We always have a great time.

This page is created using Robin's Nest Collections.

Supply List:
Robin's Nest Products:
Accents: Diamond Dew DropsDoillies, red dbl heart, Red alpha, Rose journal card
Other: stickers, punch, stencil, modeling paste, pen

Here is the Stuck Sketch I used for inspiration.

Here is the Challenge Yourself #25 inspiration used to create my page... using a photo of the girls and myself and one with Kenny too.

This close up gives you a great view of all the great paper layers, some punched, some cut into ring circle and other just layers in borders. There are added accents some alone and some in clusters. Doilies are sliced in half to split on the page and dew drops are fanned around the ring circle.

Trending today are the boarders, small clusters in corners and open space between sometimes with stenciled  texturing. Mine is very faint but I used modeling paste to stencil on the background.

Thanks for joining us today.. do come back often to view all DT creations and hope they inspire you too.

Moments

DH is off playing hockey in Florida..... so it's a me day.. so scrappy time to fill along with some baking time. The banana loaf and brownies smell so good and the doors open to let in the fresh air is awesome.
Today I am making a project to insert into a ongoing smash journal book and that's why the shape is a tad off. Needs to fit the book.  I am using The Rubber Buggy products from 7 Dots Studio - Verano Azul Collection. the 7 Dot Studios chipboard Illumination and the fabulous sketch below from Stuck.

In the close ups you get to view the fabulous papers, stickers and chipboards.

The chipboard was left unfinished but you can colour them to match any project.
