The Story using Love Story

This month at The Rubber Buggy I am showcasing the amazing Blue Fern Studios Love Story Collection. It was the perfect paper for all my old vintage family photos. What an amazing creative
collection of papers with the best colours, patterns and soft elegant images.

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products: Paper: Blue Fern Studios "Love Story"
Marker: Copics
Twine: Bella Creationz Timeless Twine
Punch: Martha Stewart
Sketch: Let's Get Sketchy

I copic coloured the chipboard, clustered the flowers and add a butterfly,
leaves and stamped the upper corner.

More stamping and many inked layers of paper to add colour and depth.

Fuller view of this section shows the additional use of some of the card sheet accents.
I added ink to the edges, wrapped one with twine add a bird accent.

In this section there was more stamping, layers and also added the title chippie.
This one was left plain but added a touch of ink to the outer edges.
Also on the lower edge is the fine elegant touch of a lace border.

6x6" size paper pads for card making.

These 2 cards above are made using these pads.
So many fabulous colour choices to mix and match with fun sentiments and accents.

Or create using the newest Color Ways Collections.. all the cards are fun and easy..
and with so many great options and variety to pick from.

AND the newest accents: stickers, rubons and other stickers make creating so easy.
Such great sentiment picks too.

I am working with the Sapphire Color Ways Collection but be sure to
check out the green Emerald and black Noir collections also.
Thanks for stopping by.. come again soon.. have a crafty day.

Scrapbook Stamp Society

Today at Scrapbook Stamp Society I get to share yet again another
amazing page using a digital image as an accent. More people should do this...it looks great.

Supply List:
Chippies: Blue Fern Studios Collage Border, All Natural Set
Digital Image: Scrapbook Stamp Society Sherri Baldy Digital Image #577
Markers: copics
Frame: Nestibilities
Ink: Tim Holtz ranger
Flowers: Petaloo Darjeeling Collection
Beads: Decorative Trim

And here is the sketch used from Blue Fern Studios June challenge.

The chippies are coloured with copic markers.. so easy and so many colour options too.
Some fun bead border and a glimpse of the background mat behind the image.

Flowers from a 2nd sheet are fussy cut, inked and foam popped on top of the same image
for the 3D look... lots of added depth to a page.

On this section you fussy cut to slip the photo back behind.. sometimes you can still
foam pop dot the bigger section up on the photo.

Added some fun flowers to an already floral paper.

This section shows another fussy cut section, some fabulous copic coloured
chippies and added some bead border.

This cute chippie is just a portion of a larger one.  Cutting them down
to size and give more accents from the same piece is awesome. They are
a great base to the digi image section.

Pages look fabulous when there is some super fun cluster like the one above.

Every photo section needs some great layers, clusters and accents to add more colour...
especially when your working with black n white photos.
Note the stamping and the rolled ink accents.

Chipboards can be plain or painted, inked or even copic coloured like I did.

This close up gives a view of the copic coloured chipboard and the stamped corner.

Stamps from Pink Bow Ties- Fit Chick

Today I share a project for Pink Bow Ties.
I am using the fab Fit Chick stamp set.
I had super fun using these great colours and matched the
copic coloured image to suit it.

Great sentiment and accent hash tags to suit so many occasions.

I have been experimenting also using stamp sets plain with no colouring.
I like the look both ways and great versatility to using the stamps.
Stamping using ink only always looks great on slightly or lighter print paper.

Take time to visit the store and view this and many more stamps
along with a great range of digital images also.
