Beautiful - all dressed up

Today's layout is using the Scrapbook Stamp Society cutie image #906 by Sherri Baldy.

I love using these super cute images on my scrap pages.. and I try to find one that 

is complimentary to my photos used.  My Grand daughter all dressed up is perfect 

with this dressed up cutie image.

Happy 4th of July and Firecracker Twine

My project up today at Bella Creationz Timeless Twine is a fun 

and colourful tag. I use red white and blue and more red white and blue.

Mixing paper and twine the same colouring was perfect.

The sentiment portion of the card was stamped using both

 stamp sets and combining them.

Making pompoms is super easy and fun and they are suitable on so many projects.

Wrap around 3 fingers, tie off the centre. cut apart and trim the ends to form the pompom.

This month we are celebrating using the  Firecracker Timeless Twine 

Happy Days Clear Stamp and the Camera Stamp Clear stamp -Oh Snap .

The Rubber Buggy and a cute tag

The Rubber Buggy has fabulous collections. Using left over paper

 from the Maja Design Nyhavn Collection I created the tag above to

 share with you. Using lots of smaller pieces it's still easy to add layers, punch out 

accents and add pennants to your core tag.

 Add ink to all the edges to give depth and texture.

Small homemade tassels are easy to make and add a great trim to many projects.

June Mood Board over at Off The Rails Scrapbooking

Today at Off The Rails Scrapbooking we are using the fabulous Mood Board below. Lots of inspiration in colours used the word "life" in my title. I found Momenta papers in my stash with so many of the colours. With many layers, some gesso and the addition of some Sew Easy roller tool along with some signo white gel doodling made for some fun and cool accents. Below the photo I matted with some Creative Embellishments chipboard which I left plain. A punched border was a base for the photo, adding some texture and depth.

"Moments" and Blue Fern Studios "Love Story"

Hi Bev here again.. always excited to share my projects using products from 

The Rubber Buggy Today's page is another old photo vintage style page using 

the fabulous Blue Fern Studios Love Story Collection and 

some super flowers, lace, doily and chipboard accents.

I also used the Monday sketch from Let's Get Sketchy . Be sure to visit and

I used a Let's Get Sketchy Monday sketch. Be sure to check the new sketches weekly and
the amazing DT reveals using them.

In the close ups it gives you a better detailed view of the project.

Here is hand fussy cut section from a 2nd sheet of paper, inked the edges and

used foam strips to pop up on the same design on background paper.

Here you see the lace that is base to the photo along  with some copic coloured chipboard as 

and accent. Also in the lower section there was the cutest birds in the cage and so that

I didn't cover it up with the striped border paper I made a slit in to the design to slide the

border paper behind. 

The top of photo have some flowers from the paper, an inked doily and some 

copic coloured chipboard to accent the photo.
