Just Imagine Crafts/ Kreaxions ...multi tasked April Challenges with a prize

After posting everything below I realized that by adding the white hearts that I could

fulfill another challenge ... i made the changes.

At My Sketch World Sherri's Challenge was to use non traditional colour on hearts.

It was a perfect finishing touch to an already great layout.

Lots of great challenges at My Sketch World .. stop on over

and join us in making a few projects... would love to see your work too.

I used Kreaxions Punch #910 with no insert after marking the

inner circle with stencil A.

Just Imagine / Kreaxions Punches is having

an April Challenge month with the new DT.

Play along and win a ballot to the draw... you have all month to play so keep checking

on daily for a new challenge.

I am playing today with Ginni's challenge and Gina's Challenge.

I made them into a double page layout.

The left side is Gina's sketch and using the circle cutter and a punch.

The right side is Ginni's challenge to use a punch and use the positive

and negative pieces that fall away on the page also.

On this side I used the same punch and stencil. I however used the

negative pieces that fell away on the very bottom border. A little small

for glueing but they look fabulous.

And here is my double using both together.

Please pop on over and check the challenges ... you have all month to play

along with us... get some ballots to the draw and have some fun.

Terrifically Thrilling Thursday

Terrifically Thrilling Thursday

I made a card using my first Dt Kit with WeScrap.

After using most of the kit I made some cards. At this point I was short on

embellishments .... so I had to think what would look beautiful with less.

The cardstock I cut the circle of course with the Kreaxions Circle Cutter.

I then used the B stencils and marked the punches to be made with

the Kreaxions Punch #910 with no inserts. I didn't cut the little pieces off...

I liked the look with them on. I backed it with another paper, added some strip accents

and the sentiment sticker. For the centre window I then made a homemade paper flower.

Below is the video tutorial for the flower.
Join us this month at Just Imagine Crafts / Kreaxions with challenges. Make and link a project with a homemade flower and punch to get a ballot. Use a Kreaxions Punch .. get a bonus ballot. You have all month to play along.

We Scrap April Kit Reveal

We Scrap April Kit reveal.... WHIMSY

*******************AND*****************

here is my projects using the kit.

Would you believe I made 2 single layouts and a double pager.

Also add 4 cards to the list.

I didn't have to add any papers.... just some stickles, punching, cricut cut accents,

embossing, ink, embroidery, stamps, doodling and paint.

I made some different homemade flowers from the papers supplied for embellies.

Be sure to check the We Scrap blog and watch for the other iTeam reveals too.

I made paper flowers, punched out butterflies, stamped, Easy Sew stitched around the circle marked with Pencil in the Kreaxions Circle Cutter, doodled, used ink and stickles and border punched with Kreaxions Punch #901.

The colours in the kit are soft and beautiful with fabulous accents pieces.

I used We Scrap Sketchy Saturday with Ally for the layout using the April Kit.

It was the perfect colours and design for this cute photo.

I made a homemade 3D flower, punched a butterfly, stamped a tag, paint daubbed the backgrougd paper, punched around the circle cut with Kreaxions Circle Cutter,

added lots of kit stickers and accents.

I used the Just Imagine Kreaxions Punch # 910 for shaping

the amazing centre window for the

3D flower made from the kit paper.

The fussy cut bird cage added to the inked tag as the perfect

main piece on this cute card.

There was an amazing collection of stickers and alpha in this kit. More than

you could use... so lots left for even more projects.

Terrifically Thrilling Thursday

Hello everyone. I am excited today to share a CHALLENGE with you.

Join us in any of the April Challenges by the DT to get ballots ( only one per challenge)

for the random draw.

My challenge is to make a MONOCHROMATIC PROJECT and a PUNCH.

AND use any punch on it = 1 ballot

OR use a Kreaxions Punch on it = a 2nd ballot

You have a whole month to play along .. that's all of April to blog link to this

(or any other Challenge by the DT for the month of April)

The prize will be either a Kreaxions Circle Cutter or Kreaxions Punch.

Here is my sample:

I used Kreaxions Punches

#306+A insert, #913 + A insert, #603 floral, #604 small Butterfly, #904 +A insert,

Big Butterfly Die, and I used all the pop out pieces from #306.

Here are some closeups to show some of the details.

I used stickles on the small butterfly wings.

On the big butterfly I daubbed with pearl paint

and added gem stones.

On the little flowers I cut 2 for each flower.

The base was a darker shade of pink and the top

was the lighter shade daubbed with pearl paint

and centred with a brad.

Where you see the border #306 I saved the popped out

pieces and individually glued them across the bottom for a border.

Join us and play along.. Just Imagine Crafts/Kreaxions has the link to post your project.
