Journal Pages using Cut Card Stock Products

When I was with the Cut Card Stock DT I made these projects as extras. They were never posted so today I am sharing these journal pages that are sized to fit the smash book. Each one has a verse geared for my Grand Daughter who is away at University on her own. Hopefully they will be great to inspire and influence her life as she grows into a mature young lady,
The first one above was created using Pink Paisley Citrus Bliss with some added AC Foil paper accents and matting.

These 2 journal pages are created using the same Pink Paisley Citrus Bliss Paper Pad.

All pages are trimmed with some ink, stenciling, stickers, some matting and accents from my stash.

The next 2 are created using Pink Paisley Atlas paper pad  with some Kraft Foil paper accents.

This last journal page is created with fun layers from the 7 Gypsies Postale paper pad.

Thanks for joining me today.... come back soon when I have more to share with you.

Cut Card Stock - Foil for glitter n' shine

Hi.. so how are you today? I am super excited to share a page using FOIL with lots of sparkle and shine. What a great touch to any project.

I started the background with paint splatter. I then started my accents using American Crafts Foil paper pad. The quality of the paper is perfect. It was easy to emboss, spellbinder cut a frame and was a charm cutting with my cricut.

Here is the close up of the embossed and matted section using foil .. and foil matting too.

In this section you can view all 3 .. embossed foil, cricut cut title with heartsand the spellbinders photo frame.

Now in this section we will draw attention to the Pink Paisley 6x6" Atlas patterned papers which are a great background to my page... lots of colour and depth is added when layering along with texturing too. To this I added a fun clustered upper corner, some sew easy ink roller zigzag stitching, some signo white gel pen doodled lines and some brad accents

Cut Card Stock and Linen Foil

Cut Card Stock has amazing products. Today I am using the American Crafts Linen Foil. It has a great collection of colours and I will share on my page. I embossed and cut the great sparkly papers to accent the page. Cute clustered hearts were cricut cut while the smile and love were embossed and hand trimmed. The background started with paint splatter, with lots of soft colours to match the patterned paper used to made the photo.

This section highlights the upper small heart cluster with some matted hearts, the embossed trimmed Smile title and some cute silver hearts scattered.

Here shows the flow of hearts from the top right down the side and around the bottom corner. .. all in sparkling foil paper.

Here you get a better view of the lower cluster of mixed matted hearts along with the coloured patterned papers behind the photo.

This is just one more condensed section of all the amazing fun colours with a splash of sparkled accents using foil paper. It had great thickness and was easy to work with.

Multi tasking Challenges and a beautiful page

I am still having fun creating today... I am on a roll. Such amazing challenges out there to play along too. This one is my Grand Daughters and I used 2 challenges to inspire this page.
The More than Words challenge was to use "wonderful" and add sparkle to make your page shine. I used the word and the Bazzill Kraft Foil paper definitely shines along with the Liquid pearls from Ranger.

The Memory Nest sketch below was the sketch inspiration.

Products used are from my DT CutCardStock along with some chipboards from The Rubber Buggy.

Scrap our Stash using an Inspiration Book and Cut Card Stock

Using the Scrap our Stash inspiration below I created the page above. I took the colouring from the book and used white splattered paint. The splatter was the base start to the whole page.

I used my Design Team stash from Cut Card Stock. It's fun using the patterned paper pads to create with many layers.

In the close up you can see all the fun layers, patterned papers.. some are full 6x6" but lots are just smaller cut up scraps from my stash. When putting them together.. just use alternating layers of light to dark to get a good contrast.

When the layers are done I cricut cut the title, added some fake brads, added some silver glitter paper strips to title and found a great butterfly accent.

CutCardStock - Glitter to celebrate a Birthday

Today at CutCardStock I am sharing a layout of my grand daughters  birthday celebration. OMG she is  so cute. It makes me happy to create this memories for them to have in years to come.

The background is smooched paint and paint dribbled using the colours from the Glitter papers so things coordinate.  There is lots of layers, grand circles and some great clusters, borders and doodled stitching.

In this section there is the added corner cluster, strip layers and fun circles.. Also you can see the double matted circular photo and the single matted big photo with rounded corners.

This view shows how some circles are in the for front and some are covered by layers.

In this close up you can see the punched border, the doodled stitches and in the floral cluster is also some punched paper flowers to match everything.

Here is just a fun photo of the core centre that showcases all the great layers, shapes, punching and accents.

Thanks so much for joining me today... see you again soon,
