Happy Birthday card at The Rubber Buggy

Super fun card using lots of tutti and memory box dies, along with Blue Fern Studios paper and great paper colours. Lots of layers, with depth and dimension. This one I am giving to my Grand Daughter who just turned 20. OMG where does the time go?

Supply List:
The Rubber Buggy Products
Dies: tutti word set Happy228 - word set Birthday 229 - Daisy Panel 192- Musical Stave 339, Memory Box Distressed Baptisia Collage 30044
Other: cardstock, Twine

Wasn't sure where this was going when it started but started with with some fun die cut pieces to start some layers mixed in with paper layers.

I put the layers together and when the music notes was jumping off the card I mated it with darker shade of blue. Re cut the lighter shade of "Happy Birthday" in the darker shade also. Now it looked right. Added some tied twine and the flowers and my card was done.

Creative Embellishments - Golf then & now

Hi everyone. So how many of you golf or have someone who golfs and your looking for themed paper to create with. Well Paper House has the paper and then CREATIVE EMBELLISHMENTS has so many fabulous chipboard options to accent all your projects. This is my only Grand Son and he is a sport man who plays so many different sports. When he was little we got the mini golf photos and now that he plays for the high school teams we got more photos when he is a young adult... hence the then & now double page.

On the one side I chose the circle panel for behind the photos. It is called bubble panel.

In this section I showcase the grunge gear corner to base the photos on this side.

This set of letters is called chunky alpha and the set comes with a great mix of letters to spell those fun titles.

Thanks for stopping by... hope to see you again soon,

The Rubber Buggy and Feeling Sketchy sketches

I am multi tasking these cards using amazing Feeling Sketchy card sketches and using The Rubber Buggy products. For these 2 cards I am using Blue Fern Studios Chesterville Collection. For this card I added 49 and Market flowers, Tim Holtz distressing ink, Beacon 3-in-1 Glue, bling flourish, cardstock, a Fred She Said Sentiment and some washi tape.

Up next is more Chesterville paper Collection,,,, but cut specific sections of the print papers to fit the squares and matted them to follow the sketch.  Extra used are lace, Tim Holtz distress ink, white signo gel pen for written words, Beacon 3-in-1 Glue and some cardstock.

"Everlasting Love"

I am multi tasking this fabulous page. It is for The Rubber Buggy Sept 15th challenge #2  and using it for a Creative Embellishment blog post using lots of chipboards & stamp. This everlasting love page is my eldest son and his beautiful family.

Supply List:
Creative Embellishment Products
Chipboards: Heart Butterflies set 2, Spider web Panel, everlasting word border (custom)
Stamp: Distressed corner
The Rubber Buggy Products:
Markers: Copic markers

Image may contain: flower

Here is the fabulous mood board prompt to use flowers on our projects for The Rubber Buggy challenge #2.

When you want to use both sides of a paper it is possible to make a cheater background.. .. cut pieces and then start the layers.

Next I did some background stamping. It was placed where I knew it would just peak out from behind the front layers and photo.

Next I played with the large piece of chipboard frame. I decided I didn't like it in one piece so cut it in half. See below where I went with this.

Close up photos now share more details for your viewing. Split background chipboard, fabulous cluster using stickers, 49 and Market flowers, and butterfly chipboard accent.

Here is the top section with chipboard butterfly, stamp in background and a matted photo.

Here is the lower section with lots of clustered accents and the amazing sprawling title chipboard.

Even in the full cluster of things... the photo is still front and centre of the page.
