SVG Saturday

For SVG Saturday I am sharing this fabulous page done using the Floral Background SVG file from My Besties Shop and also using my The Rubber Buggy Blue Fern Studios Frolic Collection. Together they were a perfect mix for creating.

The floral background was used as an angles corner accent with modeling paste to cover it and give some texture.

Add I added a fabulous fun digital image from Scrapbook Stamp Society with Sherri Baldy # 524 Big Eye Big Head Dolls digis. She is copic coloured and was perfect with this photo and this paper collection.

In this close up you get a better view of the fun cut file from my friend Laura which is matted with a great print paper making it all girlie. The great chipboard border is copic coloured... and I used the quote only from the Stamp set. 

Here is a close up  with the title in misc chipboard copic coloured and some alpha letters, the doily behind the photo and the adorable and cute photo.

Using the scallop cut files I made 2 scalloped borders.. the first is in the upper left corner in the small cluster grouping  and the 2nd is above the layers under the photo. It adds great depth and dimension to a page with the scalloped edge.

Maja Design Collection with tips on Scrabble Tiles and Sunbursts from The Rubber Buggy

This is my sketch used today at the Turtle Soup that I used for the project above.

Today's video shares tips on making your own Scrabble piece titles and also some info on Sunburst backgrounds. Hope you enjoy them both.

In the close ups you can view some of the details. Notice the machine stitching on only one edge of the sunburst rays. In the upper corner is a stamp that I stamped 2 times with different coloured inks to give it more depth and texture along with some gem stones and a fun sentiment accent.

Amazing Blue Fern Studios chippies coloured with copic markers is a fabulous and elegant embellishment to any project. I also matted the background with a doily.

The base of the photo uses papers, stamped image with gem stone accents and a fun bow tied twine accent.

The title is the super fun and easy print scrabble tiles and the sunburst background gives depth and texture. Be sure to watch the video so you too can create using scrabble tiles and sunbursts.
