Layout Pages with One Crazy Stampers Accents

Welcome OCS Fans;

Hi it's Bev here today and I am super excited as this is my first DT project for One Crazy Stampers using High Hopes Stamps. I also am thrilled to tell you that I will not be doing cards but scrapbook layout pages and some of the accents will be co-ordinating stamps for the themes of the projects. It should be great fun. First up is a page of my hubby "Kenny" fishing and what better stamps as the fisherman, the sign post and the words "gone fishing".

To start my project I stamped the images .... Gone Fishing wording was fit into the sign and then the fisherman.

It was then coloured using copic markers and the highlights are signo white gel pen.

I start with the paper background, accent papers, title and accents are picked out. I added a tilt border on the top and bottom and added wrapped twine at the seams.
The chipboard accents and title are copic coloured also.

These super cute images are popped forward on top of the chipboard accents.

Supplies used:
  • Stamps:  Dad's Catch Q111Sign Post T204
  • Copic Markers: 0. C0, C01, C03, C5, C8, B000, B00, B02, B06, R24, R27, E00, E01, E55, E57, E59, W5, W7, G12, G21, G24

Lovely Garden photos using Rectangle Stamp Frames

So I am multi tasking today with a great page from our visit to McKee Gardens in Florida. I used lots of Creative Embellishments products on this page along with one of my very own sketches. (below) With the theme of the park... the nature, flowers and colours I chose to use nateral colour of the chipboards.  I used a set of different sized frames along with great washi tape clusters and a title for my page.

In the close ups you get to see the details better. Here we view the title which is popped up on a background double colour strips along with flowers and butterfly accents.
The photos highlight the actual flowers and glass piece from the parks in a stamp looking frame.

Here is another close up of the bottom clustered washi tape chippie with some flowers and butterfly.

Creative Embellishments Products

Stamperia Blue Land Collection from The Rubber Buggy

Hi ..it's Bev here to share with you. So how are you today. This DT project for The Rubber Buggy showcases the Stamperia Blue Land Collection. I start by pulling my old stand by must have to start.....  Beacon 3- in -1 Glue, 3D foam,  my paper trimmer and small scissors and Tim Holtz Platform stamper. I am sharing some cards and a double page layout.

Supply List:
Accents: Scrapbook 3D foam
Machine/ tools: Misti or Tim Holtz stamping platformTim Holtz sleeve protector EK success cutter bee scissorsFiskar Paper Trummer,
Other: Cardstock, base card/envelopes, lace butterfly, flowers.

In these close ups you can view some of the fine details. Amazing cardstock matted layers, pop up levels for 3D demension and stunning lace butterfly and flowers.

I made these 2 more cards using the same collection. There is so many options with the amazing print papers with stunning images on it. The one above I used white signo pen to ink fake stitching.

This card is very plain however it is circular in shape, popped up layers and lots of machine stitching on this card.
I own and use both the Misti and Tim Holtz stamping Platform... especially for inside card verses that I can stamp on.

I also make a double page layout using this fabulous collection with amazing blue/ grey colours. It was perfect with the birthday pool party photos along with super fun and bright sticker accents.

Thanks for stopping by... hope to see you again soon.... but in the mean time be sure to stop by the STORE where these items and so many others are available. Also take note of all the products that aren't carried in our regular local stores. ... AND the service is A1.

Fascinating page from the McKee Gardens

So I am multi tasking today with a great page from our visit to McKee Gardens in Florida. I used lots of Creative Embellishments products on this page along with the Sketches in Thyme February 1st challenge sketch below. With the theme of the park... the huts and figures I chose to use nateral colour of the chipboards.  I also love using frames along with great washi tape clusters and great choices of titles to complete my pages.

I started with creating the base background following the sketch.

For the title I combined Fascinating chippie title with a great sticker banner. On the lower border I used cut up pieces from the washi tape clusters and another sticker. Beside that I add some real 49 and Market flowers amongst the print paper flowers. Gives depth and demension to a page.

The zigzag frame is a great accent for almost any photo.

In the upper corner is another partial piece of washi tape clusters from the set and I used a white signo gel pen to add dotted stitch line.

More use of signo gel pen dotted stitched lines and same pen to write on the paper and add it to the chippie accent.
