I am so excited to share my project today.
Not only did I use the Kreaxions Circle Cutter but also Punched with #309 in the border.
On one side I used the positive and on the other side the negative or throw away piece.
It is perfect to frame the whole piece.

This piece is done on a piece of wood with the photo frame cut out that I bought for $3.00
I am using Momenta Product with some added accents.
